• Interact with guests both in-person and online to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. • Organize and host events, both online and offline, to build a thriving community

• Develop engaging content for social media, including posts, stories, and videos that reflect the bar’s brand and events.

• Create and execute campaigns to keep the community informed about upcoming events and promotions, Event Planning and Execution :

• Plan, promote, and execute events and special promotions to attract and retain customers.

• Collaborate with local businesses influencers, and media to create joint events and promotions Customer Feedback :

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the bar’s services and offerings.

• Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally Brand Representation and Partnerships :

• Act as the face of the bar in the community, representing its values and culture.

• Build and maintain relationships with regular patrons

• Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, artists, musicians, and influencers to enhance the bar’s community presence. The Ideal Candidate :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in social media management and content creation.

• A Self-Starter

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building.
